We want you to love your assemblylabe.com purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., sale or discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Visit assemblylabe.com and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  4. Pack your return securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated shipping provider.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and note your exchange preference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
